"I used my android phone, my ipad, and finally waited until I could get to my Windows machine. The other two devices never would go to the payment window, in fact it kept making me circle around with my email address not being in the correct format, and when I finally got to select the payment screen it never came up. I wasted an hour on my two mobil devices and got nowhere. I can't always have my main computer in my pocket. The price is great but the frustration is not worth the annoyance. Tech support more or less told me they couldn't help. I used to be a Tech support engineer and that is not acceptable when someone is looking for help on a platform they should be the expert on."
