Your website should do a better job at filtering items that aren't available. The sales rep who called me, cancelled my order due to the one item being on back order but I had two other items in the order. I was given some part numbers to reorder the items that are in stock. One of the part numbers I was given doesn't work. I called and spoke with the local sales rep. again to explain my issue. I never received a call or follow-up email in a timely manner. I have since found what I believe to be the correct items and placed a new order. "
