"Ups and downs. First shipment lost. Second shipment in process when I realized my new prescription wasn’t working and had to have it changed back to my original script. Catherine was most helpful with a return label that I had no way to print so I returned second shipment by USPS. She was a lady of action and saw that I received my correct lenses right away. "

Our only issue was with the Post Office. They didn't recognize my son's name with the P.O. Box (he just moved there), so they sent the contacts back. Luckily, Lens.com suggested calling the Post Office first thing in the morning. They hadn't loaded the bag onto the truck yet, so they were able to retrieve them. (big sigh of relief!)
We appreciated their help! The contacts arrived on time and in great condition. Our son is set for the year. We'll be back. :-)"

"Advertised rebates. After purchase, couldn't apply immediately for rebate. Kept checking for over a week and still couldn't apply and eventually forgot for a bit of time due to busy schedule. After going back in at a later date, rebate window had closed and unable to get rebate. Will not order again."
