"I normally don't have much to say when ordering from online sellers. Usually the best I can say is the product was as indicated and the item arrived.

But Gunshopfinder is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise impersonal online world of faceless vendors, so I have to tell you about it.

When the high-demand product I ordered ran out of stock before my order could be fulfilled, I was informed within 24 hours and given the option of continuing the order, or taking my business elsewhere. Obviously I continued the order (Thanks for asking!). When a week later the product arrived in stock, the order was immediately fulfilled, I was notified and then I was contacted again after the product ended up on my doorstep to ensure the product was to my satisfaction. Not only was the product satisfying - the whole experience with Gunshopfinder was satisfying.

"I spent several weeks searching the internet for a good price on a Trijicon acog sight for my AR15. I initially settled on a TA31 ECOS and tried ordering one online and by telephone. Either it was not in stock, the people I spoke with were too busy at the gun show or those sites did not respond within three days of my request. Then, I found Dick Baker at Gunshopfinder.com.
