"LensGiant is a great place to rent cameras and lenses. Reliable, low prices, high quality, what more could you want? I rent often. The gear arrives on time, then I send it back on time. Cooperation. Boom, done, easy. But, what about those people who won't cooperate? The ones who won't send it back on time and give you the run-around? I guess you'd have to call them up and explain the rules. Life is full of rules. Grammar, for example, has a lot of rules. Spelling. Punctuation. Capitalization. Sentence structure. Verb tenses. There’s a lot there, but most people do just fine. Some don’t. "Well start off was very nice. I had to re rent the lens for a few days. We dont have a fedex drop place around here. I had to wait til I got to work to let the fedex to pick it back up. but make a long story short. they call me totally misunderstanding on the Monday drop off. then Tuesday the fedex came early than expected. so it was going to be pick up on Wednesday. I got a call from a man really nasty towards me then telling me i was lying about the situation of drop off. then made threats towards my job saying if I did not return the items he was going to bill my work place that it was drop off at. So i call my attorney that was a threat something that he can not do. My attorney said he blowing smoke up my ____ that he can not do that in state of Ga. When comes to my job & you make threats this not acceptable. I will never rent from them again. I can understand being upset with the lens return. but it was return as I stated to him. but being talk to the way I was. and threaten as I was. just not right of this company. "
