"Ordered a lens from LensTerminal.com for a project. The lens was shown 'In Stock'. I never got any info from LensTerminal.com about my order status. It took several attempts to contact someone at LensTerminal.com and when I did they said that the Lens I needed was 'Out of Stock Permanently'. They charged my card immediately upon my placing the order, but say it will take 2-3 days to return my money.
Bad business practices!

"Ordered a rental lens days out for a job, got a phone call the night before my flight. No lens, tried to substitute twice with no luck. This really has put me in a bind for my job. They have obviously no inventory, never again. Go with another company it might cost more but you won't get left stranded with no lens the day before the job!!!!!! Never again.
In response to the "owners" reply. You offered no discount, you called the night before pick up, you could not furnish me with three more options, you have no inventory obviously. Why are you refered to as a "reseller". Go with a professional company such as Lensrental.com"
"I rented a Nikon 24-70 2.8 and an SB-600 for a friends wedding. There was a mix up and they didn't ship the order on time, but Gennadiy really made it right and I got the lens and flash in time. The wedding went great and I know the couple will be very happy. I would not hesitate to order from lensterminal.com again in the future. "
