"It's my second time making the purchase with LensVillage and I'm not sure what happened with the previous unhappy customers but i'm definitely the happy one. I had a few questions regarding the lenses and my email was responded very fast. Even after the purchase, I sent in inquiry and check on my shipping they responded in 5 hours which is consider fast for me. The shipping did took some time, about 3 weeks, but it is under my expectation as I chose the standard shipping and it is international delivery, will consider upgrading to express shipping in future. My overall experience in lensvillage is great and I am satisfied with their customer service!"
"i use express shipping, it took 2 days to receive product. you can get free express shipping for 4 pairs purchase. if you buy 2 pairs you can get free standard shipping. Geo medical is always my favourite brand, recommended! "
"the first time i wanted to order from lensvillage I went for red contacts. I completed the payment and stuff, but after that i received an email telling me that the contacts were not available anymore. They offered me a refund or the amount i had paid plus 7 dolars as an apologie would be put into my rewards for later use. I do not like that they put lenses up that they don't have but it was handled with pretty fair. Later on i tried to find blue contacts and even tho they were stated as available, i couldn't put them in my cart. I have dark brown eyes and i wouldn't recommend anyone else with dark eyes this site because they don't have may contacts that cover very well.

"I didn't want to go this far, but I wrote the review on their website and realized that they check them before they post it.
I ordered the 3 for $50 GEO pack. No where on the site did it say that all 3 pairs of this package needed to be the same power. Since there was an "additional notes/instructions" section, I wrote them a note saying one specific pair needed to be a particular power. Had I known that they DISREGARD notes, I would not have ordered in the first place. Had they checked the note, they should have been responsible merchants and sent me a message letting me know of the situation.
They politely offered me to pay for return of the wrong pair and shipment of the right pair. They let me know that all three pairs must be the same power AFTER I emailed them, AFTER I realized that they did not follow the "additional instructions" that I had posted.
I have used their products before, and they were great. Shipping was slow because they are far from my country, but I trust LensVillage, and they are reliable; however, I strongly recommend not ordering if you require additional instructions or notes."
"Do NOT order from LensVillage.com. I placed an order on 2/27/15 and paid for the fastest expedited shipping offered (arrival in 3-6 working days). Two weeks later my order is still shown as "Awaiting Fulfillment" and no response received to my 2 emails and also 2 online inquiries re status of my order, except for 1 lame email from Jessica saying that she will check but that my order probably was shipped & the status just was not updated. Finally broke down and opened a dispute with PayPal today, and within minutes LensVillage changed my order status to "Refunded", but no money has yet been refunded to my PayPal account. No lens, no explanation, no refund. "
"PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE BUYING!!! So I realized that the 4/5 star reviews were from 2011/2012... Well let me tell you! I'm not quite sure what happened, but it's 2015 and the overall service is horrible! I needed colored contacts for an event and purchased the rushed shipping. One week later, I received the following e-mail stating, "US custom have been holding our parcels in the past few days and most of them are rejected due to the contact lens import regulation of your country." - per Jessica, courtesy of Lenvillage.com. "Lensvillage is the WORST website to order contacts from. They took my money and never sent me my contacts. I ordered it since January 7th 2015 and today is now Febuary 2nd. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. I have contacted them twice and still no shipment. I have called my postal services and they said they do not have any packages sent from them. This site is horrible. "

"I ordered 3 pairs of lenses from the November deal. two pairs of them cost $13/pair only in the offer - Puffy 3 Tones Gray and Fairy blue. puffy gray looks rather natural on my eyes while fairy blue looks outstanding! i love the lenses and switch between them according different occasion. i assume the items were dispatched pretty fast because it takes about 2 weeks to reach me. product comes with sufficient information and i love their packaging too. Recommended and I will probably purchase it from them again in the future."
