"In 2006 I placed an order for some contacts. Lens world sat on my money for a month but never shipped to product and eventually gave me a refund after I filed a BBB complaint.

Unfortunately they still spam me, and there is no way to opt out of these marketing emails.

still don't have my order - order status shows still "pending"
no one answers the 1-877-777-LENS number
no one has responded to my e-mail
I can't even cancel the order and get my money back
I previously ordered 3 times over the last several years without much problem...

"I ordered some toric lenses on Oct 6th. As of Nov 2th no lenses. I'm not sure what the deal with this "store" is. They do answer the phone and got back to me with a status -- on "backorder." We'll see if they refund my $$$. It takes three days to get these lenses locally every time. So something funny is certainly going on."

"The absolute WORST experience with an internet reseller that I've ever had. They charge your credit card IMMEDIATELY even though they DO NOT have lenses in stock. After 3 weeks I cancelled on October 5, and still have not seen a refund! Buyer beware. Do your research before ordering from this company."
