I've had nothing but great experiences with them. The gear has always been in excellent condition and their customer service is terrific.
When I thought I had an issue with a 5D4 I bought from them, they took it back immediately, checked it out and sent it back promptly. Turned out, the mistake was entirely mine, not theirs--but they never said a word. They were just helpful, efficient and professional.
They've also sent back a memory card or two that I've left in rented cameras.
The people who answer the phones have been knowledgeable, helpful and really nice every single time over a number of years.
LensAuthority's gear is fairly priced and the condition, for me, has been better than indicated on their website.
Also, I think LensRental founder Roger Cicala's blog posts and equipment reviews are excellent . I read them before I buy or rent gear. They've been spot on every time.
