I called in advance with several questions which were expertly answered by their customer service representative. I received email updates every step of the way: to inform me they received my frames, to inform me that the lenses were in the process of being made and to inform me that the lenses had been shipped. The Guess glasses I chose debuted in their complete array of four colors in LensesRX, compared to the 3 colors in stores. I ended up choosing the color they didn't have in stores, with much gratitude! For all glasses, measurements (in mm) are provided.
