"Do not buy from this company unless you want to get a runaround and excuses.
The website clearly states they the glasses will ship in 5-7 days. I sent my frames and lenserx was suppose to provide the prescription lenses.
I am on month 3 and have 17 messages to them and still no glasses. The excuses have been, lense manufacturing error, they changed partners and there is a supply line issue, there is a religious holiday. I continually am told that the item will ship by the end of the week …… and it never happens. I am still without my glasses. Oh … my biggest pet peeve- the “customer service” number asks you to leave a message and they never respond- you only have access via email that typically takes the 3-5 days to respond to.
Go someplace else… it’ll save you time and energy."
"I was a little hesitant when purchasing the Amazon Echo frames because I use prescription lenses. I called around to several eye centers and kept being told they wouldn't touch them as they were electronic and they wouldn't assume liability. I’m in a wheelchair which made it very difficult to mail the demo frames to various online lenses companies that make Amazon Echo lenses only. I ordered the frames from Amazon, and ordered the Echo prescription lenses from a firm that made lenses (LensesRX) for the Echo frames (guaranteed). 10 days later, the lenses were shipped.
In the meantime, I had searched YouTube on how to remove and install lenses in the Echo. Wow, l tried it and easily removed & installed the prescription lenses myself. "

"Skeptic? Yeah, that's me. I get paid to be skeptical in my line of work. So when I sent my Tom Ford frames to LensesRx I was skeptical because the price was too good to be true for a super quality product. But what did I have to lose? My frames were just gathering dust here in my office.
Man was this skeptic ever proved wrong! My glasses came back to me in the mail and honestly, I see better from these lenses than the glasses I bought from a well-known store at the mall who used the same prescription (progressive lenses, yes the skeptic is getting old).

"I was hesitant ordering online for eyewear. I made an order and was so pleased with the results i made a second order. The first order was for new frames/lenses and came back with a really nice case and good quality frames..the second was a lens replacement order, sending in my messed up frame, they put new lenses in, replaced a broken nosepad tightened screws and came back perfect. The price cant be beat as opposed to heading into the 'big box' eyeglass chains."
