"It's the little things that matter. I like how many of the cases have wheels and I can wheel them around instead of lifting them. Thanks for that! Also, when inspecting gear, and every time the batteries are fully charged, I appreciate you haha. Maybe one battery was 80 percent. No big deal I charge them anyway. But I always found that a nice touch. Also, you can't go wrong with the tape that they give you, it works and it cracks me up every time. I have rented with them multiple times and never had any issues with the gear, the experience etc. In fact, a lot of times my gear came early. Instead of coming on Monday, it came on Friday so I had a whole weekend to play with it first. It wasn't planned but it was a nice touch."
