"I rented a lens for my vacation. Everything was delivered on time as expected, and I was very pleased with the lens. My only quibble was with the returns process. The instructions were to drop the lens off using the prepaid label at any Fedex location. I did so, but received an e-mail from Lensrentals the following day inquiring why I hadn't dropped off the lens. It turns out that some "third party" Fedex locations don't enter data into Fedex's system immediately, leading to delays. Lensrentals does not mention this anywhere on their website, and Fedex does not indicate on their website which locations are "third party". Not a major gripe, but it caused me unnecessary hassle. "
