"I ordered a remote starter from this company and everything arrived as promised. This is the only positive thing I can say. When I called for technical assistance the clerk was rude and obviously not interested in helping to resolve my issue (which ended up being a bent pin on the module connector preventing me from programming my keys). I was told that technical service was busy and would call me back "by the end of the day" which never happened. I decided to contact the manufacturer who went out of their way to assist me and intimated that Lessco is not qualified to sell/consult this type of product.
Bottom line- everything being equal, I would buy this item again but elsewhere."

Not only did he tell me how to do it, but he also send me a free schematic diagram of the process. Note that this guy didn't even know me, and I have never purchased from him before. Lessco Electronic did not refund the money to Bill Me Later.
I am now again attempting to call Lessco Electronic. They have
moved to Scottsdale. No one answers the 1-***-***-****. Now I am
dealing with almost $200.00 for a GPS that I sent back to them a month after I received it. It has accrued interest via Bill Me Later. I tried to talk to Pay Pal about this and she advised me to contact Lessco Electronic and hung up on me. The only person that has listened to me is Ryan at Bill Me Later. This is July 2012 I have e-mailed E-bay via thier site for help and not one response has been received over this past year.
All I can do now is write the credit Bureau and complain to see
if this can be resolved. Honest I would not deal with either
Lessco, Ebay or Bill Me Later again. Martin at Lessco was sincerely rude when I called them in Bohemia, NY. Beth the office receptionist was unhelping delaying any call back. Martin
from Lessco told me he didn't know what Bill Me Later was. He
and Beth both denied the credit issued and ironically took a weeks vacation. Not nice!! I am now receiving calls daily from
Marva at Bill Me Later. I just keep explaining all this over and over. I have no other solution to rectify this matter.I will
