"I got the phone I wanted at a great price and free overnight shipping. I had some confusion about why I was sent a new sim card and when I called I was told to use the new one. After failed attempts at activating I tried my old sim card and it started working right away. 3 days later I lost connection and had to give verizon so of the hardware numbers in the about section of the phone to get it working again. Not sure that the second issue had anything to do with Lets talk more than Verizon. Either way they are minor issues and would buy from Let's Talk again. "
