"Pc ordered arrived fine but no invoice. As I need to claim this back from my company called 14 times and left 14 messages. Sent 3 recorded letters to all the “Let’s Have It” addresses that I could find. No response. On the basis that I have to provide my company with an invoice, stand to be £700 out of pocket. Why they don’t respond I am not sure but all those that have bought an item from these people, including me, I just hope that it doesn’t need to be returned for any reason! In the future I would not buy from them again and would prefer to pay a couple of £’s more to get a company that has a reliable customer service. You pay your money.... please be warned."

Upon inspection the mouse had a fault; I called the sales number on the invoice and was put through to a young lady who was most helpful. She apologised for the fault and sent me a replacement Keyboard and Mouse the next day which works perfectly. I was impressed with the speed of the response and the service provided."
