" The representative I spoke with was very helpful. The lettering I ordered came in as described. The printed directions sent with my order were clear. I did watch the video just to make sure I understood the procedure.
The only small hang up was that some of the letters stuck to the removable backing. I loosened them with a razor knife and all went well from there.
