"My first exposure to Lettering.com inc was when I submitted information (and art) for a quote - Shawn was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all my questions. The main reason I went with them and not someone on Etsy was because of the speedy answers I received from Lettering regarding the multiple quotes I asked for because they had a lot of different options.
I ended up going with the reflective vinyl for our outdoor logo, and it's reflective for sure (and VERY weather hardy) but not like a reflector on a bike is or anything. The application process was a breeze with the included (as an add-on) applicator and the transfer layer helped with the worries I had that I was going to have to line everything up. Shipping was somehow faster than I expected even though they were very clear about their turnaround time (that wasn't long) on their site and through the service emails.
Even almost two months later I would 100% recommend going with them due to their customer service and product quality."

"Placed an order for my boat name. I liked a font someone else used on his boat. So I let them know who it was and they gave me the info. I decided to make a change after I saw how it looked. I probably wasn’t specific enough when I filled out the final request. So the Change wasn't made. When I called they looked into it and said NO PROBLEM. They reprinted it and sent it in 2 days. Doesn’t get anymore professional than that. The quality was great. And application instructions were very helpful. In addition the price was much lower than the other companies I looked into by far. Class act. "
