When I called Letusdirect to find out why I was sold a piece of equipment that was missing a part they told me they could fix it if I sent it back and paid nearly $300 for the part. What? Needless to say after talking with them I was finally able to get them to agree to fix it free of charge. But the overall experience of paying so much money for a piece of equipment that was missing parts and then be expected to pay extra to have it put was what made it such a dissatisfying experience."
