"Sold me a product online that was out of stock. Two days after the purchase I was sent a text like email informing me they could not fill the order. Instead of canceling the credit card transaction when they found the errror, they tried to strong-arm me in to a different product. I refused and asked to have the order canceled. They charged my credit card 5 days after the transaction and 3 days after the order was “canceled.” The day my card was charged I found that the out of stock discounted product was back up on the website. I called CS to inquire and wasn’t give an answer that explained anything. Level Nine Sports took my money and still hasn’t issued a refund on something I wasn’t even able to purchase."

Mind you, they ship from Salt Lake city, Utah and I live in Ottawa, ON, Canada!!! They take care of your customs fees if you live outside of the USA. Best on line shopping experience ever"

In fact I ordered a product from Christchurch at the same time but got my order from Level 9 sports arrived 3 days later and 2 days earlier than the local Supplier.
