This outfit is a joke

"I am not sure is this company is real because they take your order then fail to deliver, fail to respond to emails and fail to answer the telephone."

Poor customer service

"Very poor customer service. There was a problem with the shipment on an order I placed. I contacted the carrier and was told the sender needed to contact them. I emailed Levenger - no response. I called and they said they couldn't contact the carrier because they would just be put on hold. They indicated they'd just have to wait until the item was returned and then they'd ship it back out (which would take weeks). I asked them to cancel the order (some items in the order hadn't shipped yet) and they said they couldn't do that either. I finally ended up contacting the carrier myself and explained that Levenger was unwilling to reach out to them so the carrier helped me get the package redirected. Now I'm waiting on the remaining items to ship. It's been over a week and all Levenger can tell me is that I'll get an email whenever they finally ship. Pathetic."

Legendary Customer Service? Try Myth of Customer Service.

"This reviewer is insulted and disrespected to find that not only was there no instruction or guide included to avoid the potential destruction of the pen when removing its fill tank but did not even provide directions for using an unusually shaped cartridge.
An email was sent with proper and specific information that was ignored. A second letter was sent to Levenger Customer 'Disservice.' This time, they acknowledged the pen. However, they disregarded the portion of the question about the insertion of cartridges. Much time was wasted. Time is money. I am hard-pressed to consider that I might make a purchase from Levenger again, considering their prices.
They want to make their customer service "Legendary." At this time, it seems to be mythology.

"Ordered two items.

First item, a True Writer pen was on backorder for 4 weeks. Backorder has been extended by at least another 4 weeks. Email explaining the delay essentially said "stuff happens".

Second item, a Lapdesk was shipped next day but they shipped the wrong item. It took 3 phone calls to get everything straightened out. Finally received the Lapdesk along with a notice that if I did not return the incorrect item they would charge my credit card. This was before they even sent the return shipping information. Nice job in threatening customers.

I cancelled the balance of the order.
