"Ordered some jeans, web site was slow since it was peak season and a promotion was about to expire. Really slow. But I stuck with it and it worked, it took 30 minutes to check out. They upgraded shipping to 2 day for free, but as luck would have it we were gone the day UPS delivered. Package wasn't found. Emailed Levis CS a week and a half later, and they are doing 1 day shipping to re-send the order.

"When ordering online, be aware that any item with more 50% discount is not returnable. This fact is stated no where during the shopping/checkout process. The following is the small print bullet point in their return policy: Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
So far customer service has been terrible. I found out about this policy when I went to the store to try to return the pair of jeans that did not fit. So I emailed customer service to let them know to at least state in the item description that the sale is final. I got an automated reply saying that I should use an email form on the web page instead of sending email to the customer service email in the order confirmation. Needless to say, a online clothing store with such policies and customer service cannot be recommended."
