nightmare

"My order was #5-522884. I purchased wood flooring from levis4floors. when the boxes were opened there was an assortment of colors and species of wood floor. On installation day after the installers noticed this they called me at work. they told me i needed to come home to see something. this is when i first knew i had received the wrong wood flooring. i took a picture and showed the customer service reps at levis4floors. they agree something was not right. they took my information and said they would be in touch. a say later i got a call from "john" claiming to be the owner. he immediately implied i had lied and was doing something nefarious. i assured him i was not lying and stated i did not appreciate his implications. i then went home and took some more pictures. i went up to the store myself to show these folks what i had installed in my home looked like a mosaic of colors. the owners brother or nephew, im not sure, was there. i showed him pictures and he agreed something was wrong, he went so far as to say he believed i had received "sample" boxes. this was his words - not mine. he had me bring the wood floor back to the store. well... fast forward a few days and now they are completely ignoring me. they have not flat out told me im lying but the implication and ignoring of phone calls is evidence enough. you can tell a lot about a company by the people they hire. you can hit the ball out of the park every time when you deal with the owner(s). Levis4floors is an extremely shadey outfit. they are crooks who could not care less if your house is torn up and you have no wood floor to put down. avoid these folks at all costs if you value your time, money and home."
