"Don’t buy software from Leximart!!!
I purchased Adobe Acrobat Professional X from Leximart but when my computer crashed and I had to move it to a new computer I found out from Adobe Acrobat that they sold me a pirated copy. I contacted Leximart and ask of them to replace it. The best they would do was to offer me an upgrade at a discounted price… which still would cost me money. I'm old-fashioned and believe in doing the right thing and they did not. These are not people you want to deal with.

product # 65103338. We have 2 different credit cards for the church.
Each time we tried to check out and pay--it said it could not process payment/ invalid.

So, our Pastor went home and got his own personal credit card.
It was brand new. No charges on it whatsoever...

The same thing happened in the checkout at Leximart online--with his credit card.

2 days later his bank called to let him know that fraudulent charges had been stopped
on his credit card. The location: LONDON.

The only charge our Pastor had tried to make on his credit card was through Leximart.
After I finally got a hold of Leximart to let them know our church would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau--they responded...without a name, location, telephone number or email address. The also said they are located in Europe.

When I went to the BBB in Lincoln to pick up the paperwork to file they looked up Leximart.
They are not located Europe. They are located in Canada.
Be sure you file a complaint so the BBB can trail these frauds and stop them.

i purchased this item and installed the program there was no instructions apart from a download link and key / serial no. so i installed the purchase but it didn't accept the key so i rang corel as it came up with their number and they told me the key was for the dvd version of the program and not the download and i have tried sending emails which have not been replied to ... i am totally unhappy and have also asked for a refund since the product won't register or the discs so i can install it yet no reply to those requests either, it would seem that Leximart can't be trusted to sell the products that they do and provide terrible after sales service. I am a BUS driver in Queensland Australia and the one time they tried ringing was when I was driving and each time I have tried ringing them I have not received return calls even though i have advised them to contact via email due to the fact i can't take calls while driving. very poor service
