Horrible customer service
"Sent e-mail 3 business days ago, I have not heard anything from anyone. I tried the online chat and they were not qualified to answer the question I had and told me to send an email request which I did. I am wanting to verify the finish on a wheel before I spend 2000.00 with these people and cannot get anyone to answer me. This has got to be the worst online site I have used and I am online all day working with sellers and buyers. "
Exceptional from start to delivery
"To start with the website is extremely easy to navigate, find what you are looking for and check out. The prices are not dirt cheap but they beat dealer prices and they are original toyota/lexus parts and not some 2nd hand off brand knock off. As I say you get what you pay off and I did and these lights look great on the car as well as the new antenna. In addition, I was not suppose to get my order in until Monday but to my surprise they were at my house on Saturday by noon, so I was able to get right on this project and get it done. Super happy. "
