Surprisingly to me, the package arrived via UPS but the cardboard outer package consisted of USPS Priority fixed rate boxes broken down into flat pieces and taped together. I didn't think that you could use flat rate boxes in any way other than shipping with USPS. Having said that, the part arrived in reasonable time and in great shape."

Called up LexusPartsNow and told them about the wrong part being sent, they said the mirror only comes in grey. Not according to their website. Clearly states Pearl White as the color. Sent it back for a refund. After 7 messages and phone calls, over a 6 week period, finally got a refund, minus a $91.00, 20% restocking fee. They sent the wrong part. Their mistake. Charged me a restocking fee. What a great way to do business. Sell someone a wrong part, then charge them to restock it. Buyer beware. Never again will I even think of purchasing a part from them. Also, the customer service representative will repeat the same thing every time you call, "someone will get back to you by email within 24 hours with an update on your request". Had 4 people tell me the same thing. Never received an email back.
