Good experience

"Good experience shopping. One suggestion: please fix the bug with Paypal where I select Checkout (not paypal) then later when is time to enter credit card, I select paypal and then I get into a loop into paypal then back into parts and so on. The only way to get out of loop is to go back all the way and select paypal."

Parts are switched by seller. Bait and switch tactics.

"Beware of this business as part listed as new but actually was swapped and is USED before. My mirror arrived dangling apart and scuffed and dirty with obvious signs of weathered on the road . Someone yanked out the mirror ,changed with a different, used ,didn't even bother to snap it into place. I was assured it fits my 2204 Lexus ES330 . But the plug is NOT fit, ended up using the housing only. Will be the first and the last purchase from this dirty trick. Buyer beware."

Poor customer service, dishonest dealings

"I was sent the incorrect part, no biggie, I sent it back for return. They don't do exchanges, so I had to purchase the same part again. The RMA process is poor at best, handled by a third party and the only way to obtain an RMA is to use the "Contact" page form, which of course isn't explained anywhere nor does it function properly. And you can't reply to any emails sent from the company period, any and all correspondence must be via phone to the unknowledgeable third party CS facilitators. They failed to send me a shipping label after they said and I had to call. In fact I've had to call them about 5 times just to get send it back and get the right part. After waiting over a month for a refund, I called to find out the status. I was told by the third party CS, you will receive an email regarding your credit by the end of the day. Never happened. Call three days later, exact same response word for word. Wait three more days, no email. Call again. Different rep every time, same response. For two weeks I called regularly to check the status of the refund and I still continue to get the same answer. Although they acknowledge that their records show I'm slated to receive said refund. It's now been five weeks since the RMA. Ok if it's a $20 part but if you're out $hundreds it's concerning. You can't actually speak with anyone from the company when you call, the webform is broken it never sends the message just spins, you have to buy a second part when they send the wrong part (so you're out twice the money!). I've learned my lesson, I'll never order parts for my Lexus from this company just to save a penny. When dealing with purchasing auto parts a great RMA process is important or you're better off going to your local parts store or dealer and saving the hassle, frustration, and twice the loss in time of any money you saved in the long run. Yes, the parts do come fast, but at what cost. Cheers"

Shipping and handling rates seem ridiculous

"Almost $30.00 to handle and ship seems ridiculous. I have not finished several purchases for the shipping cost alone. I get ticked every time I get to the check out and I stop."
