"I ordered a part online 10/22/24. Three weeks later it still hadn't shipped so I phoned the Parts Department; I was told the previous person working in Parts had let some orders sit (including mine) but that the new person would ship my part to me the next day. Two days later & I'm about to phone them again because I still have not received from Lia the promised tracking number to confirm shipment, nor have I gotten an alert from FedEx, UPS, or USPS that I have a package on the way from Lia."

"Ordering online works, but requires follow up days or weeks later. The people are nice and I can get the item.
The online order status always shows as "On hold" even when the dealer has received the item. There is no followup initiated from the dealer. The only way to determine if the order has been fulfilled is to call the parts department. Handling online orders is restricted to a small number of people, who generally don't work Saturdays, so pickup can take over 15 minutes due to people unfamiliar with online ordering trying to fulfill the order.

"I needed a part for a Tundra. I called Lia on 10-16-24, and was told it was not in stock, but that I could order it on-line and would be contacted when it was available. I ordered on-line on 10-16-24, and received an order confirmation from Lia on 10-16-24.
Two weeks, no call or e-mail from Lia or Toyota to tell me order was in and available for pick-up.
I called Lia today, and was told order came in on 10-17-24. I also was told there was no record of anyone trying to contact me.
Very disappointing service.

"I ordered a product on line. Since the Toyota location I usually use was not in the drop down menu of locations to to choose for accessing the product and Lia was the next closest location, I chose it. When I arrived to pick up the product the next day, the service member did not have a record of my order. fThe facility itself was beautiful, but I had to interact with three different people before someone could actually help me. And he made me feel like it was a burden to get the product I ordered. I am grateful that this Toyota location is not the one I regularly use, and I will not be visiting again."
