I placed my first order and it part of it was wrong. No big deal, it happens. But the product they sent out to replace it was wrong as well. They wanted to offer me a credit and I declined. Being that this was our first order and it was wrong twice, i just do not think we will be returning. The CSR dept. jumped into overdrive and while it is appreciated, I just do not have any more time to waste. I am sure they are a great company but something just isnt right in the stars for us to do business."
