Their product is high quality and shipped exactly as advertised. If you call their help number a real live person picks up. Again, call them and get a person, I was amazed.

I used email to talk with Bill Anthony who was very prompt in his response to my questions.

Not that it matters but I used the pool fence to help keep my dogs out of the pool.

The equipment they ship is literally everything you need or could need to put the fence in. The drill made the work very easy and the bit they included was high quality.
The guide for the bit helped make my poles stay perpendicular to the ground.
It literally looked like I knew what i was doing and that's because everything you need is included (instructional videos online, tools shipped)

When you're done you out everything in the box and ship it back.

"We had pavers laid directly on compacted sand, due to this fact we need to pull up some sand/pavers around the area where the gate would be installed and put a couple sacks of concrete down and reset the pavers. Once this we done the gate and fence was easy to install and looks great!"
