"More than a month after I paid for express shipping for a small item, the item hasn't arrived despite repeated emails to the company. Responses to emails are deliberately erratic and incomplete and in over a month, they failed to give me a tracking number and courier company name for the supposedly shipped item - that never arrived. I've been asking for my money back but they keep trying to convince me to try "another delivery". Complete scam of a company. Avoid at all costs!
