"This is my first order from Lifestyle and it went
very well. I sent them a money order for $109.90
on 29 Nov for a Flavor Wave Deluxe and it was
delivered on 10 Dec. However they did not send me
an email stating it had been shipped as they claim
they will do. They also do did not respond to an
email I had sent about the status of this order,
and you can never get anybody at their 800 #,
just a recording telling you that we are having
a high call volume at this time....yada yada yada.

"I had a horrible experience with this seller. They advertise cheaper than anyone else, and they state the items are in stock and ready to ship. Well, I ordered a T-fal convection oven and a Krups rice-slow cooker, the next day, I got an email from them stating that they did not have ANY of the items in stock and that they would ship together on JULY 10 ( I placed the order on JUNE 27!!!!), then I call them and ask them if I could trust them to ship the items on that date, and they said : yes, no problem. Well, on the 12 I just called them to check the order status and to get the tracking number, and they just told me in a very cold way, "sorry sr. the items are on backorder due to manufacturer's delays, and they will ship on July 27 !!!. I told them, really? DUE TO MANUFACTURER'S DELAYS??? I don't get it since the rice cooker is Krups and the oven is T-fal!!!, obviously I told them to cancel my order, and they just said, ok, in an even colder way, they did not even apologize. DO NOT TRUST this seller."
