-i called them prior to ordering to confirm product matched what i was looking for and if they had inventory. The person i spoke to on the phone was polite and knowledgeable.
-prices were the cheapest i could find; shipping prices were great as they're free after meeting a threshold
-ordering/payment process was easy and straightforward
-i was emailed a copy of my invoice
-i ordered one day and the item shipped out the next and i was emailed the tracking information
