"What an awful company! I special ordered a chair because an associate, Alex, ensured me that that was the only way to receive a product with all of the functions I desired. To my dismay, upon receiving my order, which cost me $1200, the chair did not even meet the standards I had explained to him. Now I have a $1200 chair I cannot even use because the company will not accept a return on a "special order" item. This was not made clear to me when I purchased the chair over the phone. When I tried to discuss my situation with the associate who sold me the item, he dismissed me, explaining their return policy was clear on the website. Unfortunately, I did not order through the website, so it was not clear to me, the customer. In addition, I ordered this chair for medical reasons, and now I cannot afford to get another chair to replace it. His response to my situation was: "try selling your chair on craigslist." Very disappointing!"
