I purchased a chair from them on jan.2 and never received it. the delivery company they used said they could not deliver residentually. I spoke to the customer service person for lift chairs for less and she said my 84yr grandmother who I purchased it for would have to pick it up from the delivery company. when I told them that that was not possible, they shipped it back and charged me 60.00 for something. I have no idea what for because they don't call you and are almost impossible to get any answers from when u do get someone on the phone. this took 3 months to finally get my money back after I got the better business bureau involved.so after 3 months and a loss of 60.00 and a lot of hassle NO CHAIR NO SERVICE."
"I ordered a chair from them because I was told I would receive it
in 6 days. It has not arrived, but the worst is Scott will not
return my emails or phone call where I left a message which he did not return. I am buying this for my 79 year old husband who beside all his physical illnesses has dementia. I really wanted to get him this chair to provide physical comfort and to allow him to experience it while he was still able to get pleasure from it.
Some will think that only 11 days have gone by and I am overacting, but my problem is that I have not been contacted by
Scott.
A simple,'gosh I'm sorry but your chair is on back order' would
be nice.
