"I don't struggle with chronic anxiety like some people I know, just occasional situational anxiety. I find that LiftMode's magnolia bark extract does exert a gentle anxiolytic effect, but it takes ~600mg on an empty stomach for it to be effective. It does work quite well for insomnia caused by racing thoughts at dosages of 500-800mg. I noticed an effect roughly 30 mins after ingestion. Vision was enhanced slightly, I also felt a feeling of clear headedness. I used one scoop with the white scoop (there are two scoops provided) , which id assume roughly 20mgs. "Purchased Noopept (GVS-111) from Liftmode awhile back, and I just started using it on a regular basis. Stacking it with Alpha GPC and phenylpiracetam seems to be effective for long study sessions. However, it seems to be ineffective on its own. I am not sure if it is just the phenylpiracetam and Alpha GPC working to keep my mind focused. Personally I would recommend phenylpiracetam over noopept; it seems to be the most effective out of everything I've tried thus far.
Nonetheless, there seems to be many positive reviews on this product, so I would recommend it for those of you looking for the right nootropic for you.
