"I have tried to get my order shipped or talk with anyone at the company at least ten times. No response. They have ripped me off. DO NOT ORDER FROM LIGHTQUOTE.COM. They will steal your money and ship nothing to you. I am finally filing a complaint with the Better Business bureau and sueing them in small claims court to get my money back...."

"Add me to the list of people that got ripped off by this store. I wish I would have seen these reviews first! I lost $350. They take your money and that's the end of it. You can't get in touch with them and you don't receive your product. Even the Better Business Bureau can't reach them! "

"I ordered light fixtures - $750 worth - in July of 2005.

I have yet to receive my lights, and can NOT get a response from lightquote.com

DO NOT purchase from these people. They ripped me off for $750.

"This is a fraudulent website! The lights I ordered and paid for with my VISA card were never delivered. They do not have a LIVE MESSAGE CENTER as advertised, nor do they return any email messages, which is the ONLY way to contact them! The 800 number is simply a recorded message telling the customer to visit the live message center on the website. I have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in NJ and authorized my bank to begin proceedings to return my money. Do not do ANY business with this company. In fact, I would do anything to see the site shut down."

"Most items I ordered arrived within the 2-4 week window. One item is on backorder (2 months since ordering now).

Also, they do not respond to emails and are rarely on their 'live chat' feature on their site. Calling their 800 number only has a recording to visit live chat or email them.
