"TERRIBLE!!! I almost never write reviews, but these guys are awful. Messed my order two times and refused to send back my money."
"In August, 2010, I ordered two large archival photo storage boxes online. They immediately charged my card and I waited several weeks but never received delivery. I called and was told that they were on back order. When I asked why, I was not notified about it, they told me that "their inventory is not linked to their online ordering".
I waited several more weeks and called again and was told that the items were not expected for ANOTHER 6 weeks. I asked for a refund which they promised by the end of November, 2010. I did not receive it. I called again on Jan 25, 2011 and was told that I would receive a refund, but that it would take at least a week. When I asked why, the customer service rep told me that their financial department had moved to Florida and it wasn't quite set up yet. I did not receive the refund, so called again in Feb. 2011. Was told the I would not receive refund until end of February 2011. This sounds like a company in trouble.

"Ordered 4 items on 11/13/2009. One item was shipped relatively promptly. Got a letter that the other 3 items are on backorder. Waited about a month, called customer service, was told that it will be available mid-January 2010. Called again today and was tolled that it is still on backorder and will be available mid-Feb.
In my mind this is un-acceptable retail performance. I canceled my order and requested a refund."
"This company turns out quality products at a reasonable price, except that: 1 of three times, your products are backordered--in this case nearly 60 days--while your credit card is charged immediately. 2nd, you cannot count on the final price, as it often changes by $10 or so, and their advertised specials are just ignored. Example. This order special "$5 shipping". Actual charge $24.95."
