I ordered a shirt for my sister for Christmas. I later decided to order one for myself. The company combined the orders sending my sister NOTHING FOR CHRISTMAS .
I realized the error days later and tried desperately to contact someone since I placed my order on December 3rd. Unfortunately, there's nobody to contact. The prompts responded with an email thanking me but not addressing nor resolving the issue.
Today is December 16th and I don't have anything but my sister definitely won't get anything for Christmas from this horrible purchase. I regret ever clicking on the site. Please don't purchase anything if you actually want to receive it!!!"

Waiting times with Ms. Mendour are non-existent. Considering the fact that I live in Canada and more precisely in the province of Quebec, I speak french. "Not a big fan of online shopping when looking for custom designed goods - too many things can go wrong.
Used sizing tool provided and product didnt fit, nor did I love it as much as I hoped.
Approached Maha from Customer Service about their 7 day return policy.
Its not their fault, the product just wasnt for me but they did an amazing job at helping me out, understanding my issues and coming to a brilliant resolution.

Le 1er était un produit non disponible par le vendeur, Youssef du service client me l'a signaler et il m'a demandé de l'échanger .
Le 2ème est le remboursement de la TVA après avoir dut payer les taxes douane.
Youssef m'a dit que le remboursement devait être entre 7 à 15 jours. J'ai étais rembourser 2 jours plus tard.
Pour résumer c'est la première fois que je suis pleinement satisfait par un service client et de leurs employés.

"Amira was very helpful, I ordered a band for Apple Watch Ultra 2. The item was incorrectly described as it did not fit my model watch even though the item description clearly said that it would. I contacted their customer service to return the item, after some back and forth through email they ended up telling me to keep the item and refunded me the price of the item without needing to go through the hassle of shipping it back. I wish the item would have fit my watch, but overall I am very satisfied with the outcome, thanks to Amira Mostafa for providing great customer service."
