"These guys are absolutely horrible. When I ordered they claimed 5-7 day shipping. They also said if there were delays, they would let me know. I ordered things on 11/8. After 3 weeks of asking them where my stuff was, they finally responded and said I would receive everything 11/29. NOPE!! It's not 12/8 and they won't respond to my messages. Avoid this company at all costs. They lie about availability and shipping times, and then they don't respond and they have horrible customer service. "
"Purchased bulbs at cost of $20.00. Called next day questioning the additional $20.00 delivery cost and was told that this cost was non-negotiable. Tried to cancel but was told that product already shipped. Do not recommend Light Bulb Surplus as there is no attempt for customer service and in my opinion they are unethical in how they handle their business! It’s all about the $$ as I could have purchased these bulbs at one-half the cost that I was billed. Highly recommend that you do not consider using this company!"
"Canceled my order after they sold the bulbs to me in the wrong quantity. Completely unprofessional. When a customer purchases an item from you, you honor that.
I purchased said quantity based on the order minimum on their website. The wrong order quantity was a problem on their end and they made it my problem.
Now I have to go shopping for light bulbs again because there's no way I'm ordering from them after they refused to sell me the original quantity."
