"Tried to order two items from them, dolphins and suns. There was an issue with the timing of the dolphins, which I understood, but then I asked about why the Suns were to take 5 days to ship instead of the 24-hour service I was both quoted and which is on their website. Customer service then proceeded to "yell" at me via email like I had done something wrong.

I deal with tons of suppliers, spanning 12+ years selling promotional items, this is the 1st vendor where I can honestly say I'd rather lose my customer than use their products/services again. Good news is, I found a cheaper, quicker and nicer vendor with the same items anyhow so I luckily will never have to. "
