"The shopping process very easy and the checkout process was simple. There was apparently an issue with the order system, which the company sent a very nice email about within 24 hours. When the order did arrive, it was only half of the order, so I sent an email asking if the order had been split apart (since there was no indication of that in the email). Again, a quick response said that yes, the order was in 2 packages and would arrive that day. The second half of the order arrived and everything works great."
