"Our initial order arrived quickly and accurately, however, after mounting the LED tape over a 55 feet span, I found that both remote controllers did not SEEM work very well. In fact, I called the company and asked for a replacement. I was offered $15 for my trouble since they were out of them at that time. I told them that I would rather have a functional remote that would change the light colors as well as dim these very bright LEDs. They said that they would send a new one to me as soon as it would become available (and they did!). The replacement worked pretty much like the original...it is just that these LEDs over a large area are REALLY bright and the dimming feature is minimal. If you are looking to colorize or merely brighten up an area, this LED tape light system is ideal...but if you were looking for a more "mood" type of lighting, more subtle, then this particular lighting system might just be a bit much. I cannot tell you HOW WONDERFUL the support staff (especially Chris and Gigi) going miles out of their way to try to make things right for me. Now if we could just dim those lights a bit more..."
