They made me go to through two different customer service people and gave me a hard time and getting a return item number. It was a huge hassle only for $100 item. "

"The plug splice was not properly connected, but there were instructions on how to re-splice and a tube of silicon to seal it. There was also a spare plug incase you cut it into two segments.
