"I ordered two coils of 5050 weatherproof multicolor LED strips where you must cut the strips for a max of 25 meters per adapter. Regardless, I couldn't get one of the power adapters to work correctly. I called the help desk and was given some helpful information as well as a video to watch. But to no avail. So the helpful folks on the help desk created a ticket and I received two power replacement adapters that worked perfectly. So I can't speak to the reason for the adapter failure, but the help desk episode convinced me that this company stands behind its equipment and is very focused to win customer satisfaction. Kudos to the help desk guys. They are the reason I will be back to order more"
