This thing delivered on my expectations. It is super light weight and bright with a single beam. Our old spotlight had several beams that made it look like Olympic rings and you had to pick a ring to shine on the object you wanted to see, but not with this lovely LE! It's great for letting the dogs out at night. We've taken it camping. It makes for a great over head light through the mesh in the tent with the softer side light.
