"This organization promises big discounts and when you order, they charge your credit card immediately. Then you wait and wait and wait. I've been chasing my order for 6 weeks trying to get updates on shipping - they don't send out order delay messages. I looked on Facebook and this operation is getting slammed for the same behavior. Not sure why Reseller Ratings reviews are so high - that's why I ordered from them in the first place.
I placed y order on 8/28/20 and it was supposed to ship in "3 to 5 days". Then the order was supposed to ship 2 weeks later and now the shipping date is 10/12/20, 6 weeks after my initial order.
Many folks on Facebook say this behavior is the modus operandi - it's how they operate. I just requested a refund today (10/7/20) and they are dancing around telling me they have to "confirm" the cancellation before I get a refund. I just want my money back so i can move on and locate the items I want from a reputable company.
Based on this experience (that is still not resolved), I'd advise avoiding this organization - they are poor with updates, you have to chase them and the are BS artists about true shipping dates. I really dislike the immediate credit card charge - every reputable organization charges when they ship - not these folks. It's pay up sucker and then wait and chase then around. Very aggravated. Avoid this company!"
