"I've been a customer for years, but recently prices are going up fast, selection is going down. No longer giving breaks for case quantity. Delivery used to be next day, now 3 days. 1 item was incorrect, they then reshipped the wrong item. I'm looking for a new supplier."
"Placed an order with an expected delivery between 10 and 14 business days from order placement, called after 14 days and they claimed they just received the lights and would ship them out that day and that I should see a shipping notification e-mail within 24 hours. Three days later still no shipping notification, so I call them again - they claim they only had 5 of the 6 lights I had ordered and asked whether I wanted them to ship the 5 now or wait for the 6th to arrive, or to change the order to 5 lights (send the 5 lights now and refund the 6th light). I chose to have them ship the 5 lights and refund the 6th...Good news is that I finally received a shipping notification, Bad news is that I got charged for all 6 lights... There should be better communication on their end instead of me having to seek out information on my late order TWICE... also the prices are outrageous, however, these specific lights serve as replacement lights for my bathroom set of 12 that would look strange with any other type of light..."

"Ordered 3 bulbs but was only sent two. No explanation. I contacted customer support and was assured that the shorted bulb was dropped from my purchase and I was refunded the money. The money was refunded, however to get a third bulb I now have to pay for the shipping price for the second time. The shipping costs the same, if not more, then the bulb itself. If 3 bulbs couldn't be sent, the website should have reflected that and not put me into this situation. It is frustrating."
