"the customer service at this store is atrocious. I had to wait for several months for my order to arrive even though their website continued to list the item I had ordered as shipping in several says for the whole length of the time of was waiting even when they would send me updates that I would have to wait another month they still did not update their website.
Then I cancelled my oder and tried to order something else. When there was a problem with delivery the customer service rep was too busy to help me or address my case. after waiting 4 hours for a resolution he came back and told me to contact UPS which I had done the previous night and they told me the store had to contact them not me so I had to contact the store again and try to get the issue resolved from the beginning. I will never order from here again and will tell all others to avoid it if possible. Order from the manufacturer instead."
"I needed lighting package for new construction. Customer rep in Seattle sent me estimate and then never returned my calls or answered email. Under electrian's deadline to receive product by 5/21, entered order myself. Missed a couple dropdown boxes and received one wrong voltage transformer and two sconces with 4/0 rather than 3/0 boxes.
Complicated return process with obscene re-stocking and shipping fees. Will never order from this company or any affiliates ever again. Any positive reviews on this site must be written by drones."
"Package arrived and the contents seem to be in good condition. Quality of product seems cheap...from China. I guess that I should expect that. I would work on the shipping aspect of your business. Put air pillows on the bottom and on the top so the items shipped are in the middle. Air pillows on the top only protect the itme from the top and we all know that shippers don't set the boxes down."

"I am glad I didn't read the other reviews prior to placing my order because it may have prevented me from doing so. I ordered 3 sets of Stakmore folding chairs from ATGStores after searching on line for a few days. This store was recommended by the Stakmore manufacturer but didn't show up on any of my Google searches. I'm glad I took the manufactures' listing of retailers and researched them all. This store was the least expensive, had the exact color I wanted and was able to fulfill my order much faster than any of the others. It arrived on 4/6/09. "Inventories listed in their websites are often NOT correct because they are not updated regularly. They do NOT contact the customer to indicate any problems with shipping. I hired an electrician for a specific date because their website indicated they had inventory to cover my order, usually shipped in two days and that merchandise was usually received in seven days. Only when I took the initiative to contact Customer Service did I learn there was a problem. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told a manager would call me but I never heard from one. I feel my order was handled very poorly. Probably would order elsewhere in the future."
