"horrible customer service. I place an order to ship to my customer a business. Fedex delivered it on a weekend claiming ATG did not indicate business. We don't know the person who signed it because this is a huge building. Instead of they putting in a claim with Fedex, or giving me credit for not receiving it or shipping me a new one. They transfer me to 20 different employee's all saying well we delivered it to the address. Well there on 100 people living in that building where should we start looking? Very poor customer service. I don't know if installation was difficult because I had an electrician. The gold color of the sconces was rather muted, so
