The girl I spoke to was rude and told me I could talk with the manager then threw me in his voice mail. Tried calling back and no answer, after 5 minutes of holding received the generic voice mail.
HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
The candles are nice (well, if they matched my decor) but it is, after all, all about customer service. "
